very glad we found this hotel even if the above was a bit draining. other entertainment was fantastic

Pros: great for kids, buffet was very good. ala carters offered good variety so don’t get bored of buffet. very good waterpark. beach good, big waves so good for playing about in

Cons: staff could be a bit more urgent/helpful but generally wernt too bad. biggest gripe was they do not state on here that you have to be 1.2m to go on all the good slides. my son was literally 1cm short (they flattened his hair down to measure him) and wouldn’t let him on. they’re not even that big slides he would be allowed on them all in europe it’s bonkers. was the only reason we booked the hotel was for him and the waterpark. but in the end we found a decent hotel because of it even with this daft rule. (had people going down slides that can’t even swim yet he not allowed over 1cm and can swim comfortably)

Pros: The service from the concierges. The shuttle service. The signage in relation to your location in the resort. The temperature of the pools and the variety of the water slides. General feeling of safety.

Cons: Room was not ready at 3. Prior to my arrival, I was not aware that I needed to make a reservation to dine at the restaurants other than the buffet one day in advance.
