Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Punta Cana - All Inclusive

A true paradise on earth!

Pros: Everything was perfect. During our 10-day stay, my family and I had absolutely no complaints. We traveled at the beginning of January and expected huge crowds, but that was not the case at all. The resort is enormous — we didn’t even manage to see half of it. There is an incredible variety of restaurants, all of which deserve praise, especially Zoi. There is also a great selection of pools, a beautiful and very clean beach, and outstanding staff. Absolutely everything deserves the highest praise. We are definitely coming back next year with friends. We can’t wait! A true paradise on earth!

Cons: The only thing we did not like was the attitude of the gentleman who is in charge of the Hard Rock membership department. We had to tell him at least ten times that we currently have major investments and cannot afford an amount of $80,000. His responses were always along the lines of “pay half in cash,” “pay by credit card in installments,” and similar suggestions. He simply would not accept “no” as an answer. Once he realized that we were not going to proceed, he became very rude and abruptly stood up and left. We felt extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed in front of our children. We later reported this incident to the reception desk.

Great stay at the Hard Rock

Pros: We liked the instalations and the food. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The hotel looks well kept and the room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed the beach a the multiple pools but we enjoyed the kids center the most. Our son made new friends and loved being there.

Cons: We didn't like the distance you had to walk to get to some parts of the hotel. The shuttle service was slow to pick up sometimes.

Pros: The complex is very nice and the accommodation was excellent. Would have liked to stay 7 days to experience the night club and other facilities.

Cons: Waiting for taxis

An unforgettable experience

Pros: Huge, clean, tidy complex, nice staff, everyone is polite, providing excellent service. Full of restaurants, no need to make a reservation except for the Japanese restaurant.

Cons: We loved everything.

Cons: The only negatives could be more coffee machines around pool bars and the hard sale of some of the hard rock products at the end of your holiday.

Pros: food, pool, water park, kids activities, personal, variety.

Cons: the mini bar, last time I went there was premium drink, now it just beer.

Amazing resort in Punta Cana

Pros: What a resort!! Hard Rock knows how to please its guests!! Staff is awesome, lots of pools, music everywhere, great aquapark, kids club is amazing and there are options for all ages!! Restaurants are really fair with long lanes sometimes but it wont take long to get you seated in most of them (except the italian). We even became legendary members!

Cons: The noise coming from the hallway was really loud at night...23:00 - 23:30 - 00:00...doesnt matter...people like to talk out loud where others are trying to sleep! It felt like our door was open!! There is a sign asking guests to respect others but, looks like some guests just didnt bother...

Exceptional

Pros: I loved every moment from the minute we entered to the very end. Such a fantastic place

Pros: First to all in want to thanks to all the staff they are very professional and good attitud with the guest, all the rooms and the hotel was very clean and very well organized.. well done HARD ROCK!!!
