Pros: We had a wonderful stay. The resort was always spotless, and the staff were genuinely lovely and welcoming throughout. We loved our Butler (Jean Claude), he was Fantastic.There were plenty of fun activities to enjoy, and the food was excellent every day. It really made our stay special, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.
Cons: Update TV to include Netflix, YouTube etc

Pros: The check in was a little slow, but right from the start all the staff are extemely friendly, Our room was very nice, a little smaller than I thought it would be from the photos, but having the rooftop jacuzzi was pretty cool and your own sunbed up there too was a bonus. The bed was very comfortable, all the staff at this resort is just amazing everyone was so nice and friendly. The buffete food at both market and beach restaurant was great. The beach was amazing and had tons of chairs and beds available everyday, Not like other resorts where you have no options for chairs at the beach. The resort is incredibly clean, the beaches, pools, walkways, everything is immaculate. they have this great little coffee shop where you can get different kinds of pasteries and coffees, loved it and enjoyed many cappuchinos. Overall I was very impressed with all aspects of the resort and their staff we will definetly be going back again to stay there.
Cons: Checkout was a little slow, the only issue I had is while we were there we booked 2 dinners called the oasis which is a private dinner overlooking the ocean. The dinners we amazing and the service was great, but we were told that our dinner included a bottle of wine in our package, but when I went to checkout they wanted to charge us an extra $400 for 2 bottles of wine, one for each of our dinners. I had to explain to them exactly what we were told and this process took over 20 minutes of me sitting and waiting for managers to get involved. The staff was very kind but I admit I was getting a little frustrated as I had my taxi waiting to take me to the airport all the while this was getting sorted out. Also side note don't lose your baracelet as they will charge you $90 and they dont let you checkout without your bracelet..lol. I found that out the hard way as I cut mine off in the room before I left and then they told me I had to find a way back into the room to go and get them, so I had to find maid service to let me in the room to get my bracelets. It would have been nice upon checking in that this was explained that you must hand in your bracelet upon checking out. So not huge negatives just more of an inconvience and frustration when ending an amazing vacation.

Pros: It was an incredible experience! It was my first time in a resort all-inclusive and I was a little worried that I wouldn't enjoy it, but I ended up liking it very much! The facilities are well maintained, all the staff are always friendly, kind and helpful! Osvaldo was our butler and he made and excellent job, always helpful and finding all the solutions for our requests! And special mention to Lenet, a very friendly guy from Haiti that works in towels area at the pool! The room was excellent, very well maintained and they clean it every day if you want it! The bed was comfortable, as well as the pillows (we had 5 of them!) The food is good in any restaurant you go! All the meat I ate were of good quality and very well prepared by the team

Wonderfull holiday!
Pros: We had a wonderfull holiday. It's our first time here, but we will definetely be back. Our butler, Mayquel, was amazing. He helped us every time we asked for help, he contacted us every day to see if we need something, he made all the restaurant reservation that we requested, so he brightened our vacation. The resort is extraordinary, starting with the public spaces (central market, the teatre, etc), the pools, the diversity of restaurants, the room. And the beach is a dream! Thank you for everything!

Pros: Everything was perfect. Food was delicious, room was amazing, resort in general was amazing. I would like to say thank you one more time to all staff. All entertainment team is amazing, but we have to say nice comment for Manuel, he is very nice, kind person, doing his job amazing and always smiling, positive and giving attention to each guest Also our bar waiter Wellington at main pool, very nice and positive person, cocktails were delicious ❤️
Cons: Seaweed 🥲 but this is nature
