Pros: I wasn't expecting the food being that good. I had no big expectations but it had variety and good taste...

Cons: The room could have been better equipped. Not too modern installations. The coffee didn't taste good.

Pros: Everything was perfect. The room was spacious and clean, comfortable bed. Food was amazing and facilities were great. Staff were friendly, enthusiastic and very helpful. Couldn’t recommend enough

It was a very pleasant stay, blast off a vacation, great service from Santos Mayordomo and Francia.

Pros: the room was always nice and clean, beach was relaxing and the pool was fun and great with all the events and bar, the music at the pool was always a bonus of joy.

Cons: the closing time of the pool was to early, did not like that at all.

Pros: The property was beautiful and nice, the staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming.

Cons: The food, and the room need to be a little more modern. The curtain was dirty and the room has a very funny smell.

Pros: Beach, Bar tenders, location and friendly helpful staff.

Cons: The check in process MUST be streamlined. With just eight people in front of us we waited in line an hour and a half. Getting people tired of waiting is now way to start a vacation. Some sound insulation in the rooms would be nice, we were two floors above the music but it sounded like it was in our room. Normally we would be in bed by 8pm but with the music going until 10 or so, we weren't too happy.
