Pros: The animation team and the maid and room service was excellent.

Cons: Food options.

Pros: We had heard so many comments about the hotel, good and bad. And I'm glad we decided to come to this one. The staff were super sweet to us, the rooms were clean, the food was good, we had an amazing time and definitely will be back.

Pros: Everything is just amazing, and the animation team is always going beyond to make your stay fun and exciting.

Amazing holiday location and hotel

Pros: The room was bigger than expected, bed very comfortable, good size for bathroom. Pools were amazing, big and not overcrowded, spent most of the time at the pool near the beach. Drinks and food plenty and very very good. Staff was amazing and attentive all the time

Cons: there were loads of mosquitos so make sure you have repellent

Great for people who don't care about leaving the resort, otherwise you miss a lot of experience

Pros: Size of room was great and the location of the unit was good, 3th floor in front of a pool as requested, althought we could not really see due to the trees in front

Cons: Staff entered my room even thought i said out loud i was there. No conditioner on the bathroom for the period.

Super Grand Bahia Punta Cana

Pros: We love the hotel, the staff is excellent. Good service and great activities. Will recommend it.

Cons: Notging to dislike

Pros: everything is good, the shows, the food, we really liked the orchidia buffet side

Cons: there are a lot of flies at the buffet and the pool closes early at 5

I would highly recommend this resort!

Pros: The buffets are incredible. We reserved nightly ala carte dinners, all at different restaurants which was incredible. I used the app to book dinner reservations ahead of time, but when we upgraded, I had to redo them. There was no way to cancel a dinner reservation if you changed your mind, however, we just showed up (without reservations) at two restaurants, and they graciously let us in. The two excursions we booked through the hotel were excellent, and we felt safe. This is a lovely resort, and well-kept. Transportation to and from resort worked well as I booked that ahead of time.

Cons: Paying for this booking was different from what I was used to which concerned me, but it all worked out. Many staff do not understand English, so it would be nice if there were maps posted with \

Pros: La verdad es muy buen hotel, todos súper amables , la comida rica y todo muy aseado. Las habitaciones todo moderno. Les recomiendo quedarse en las villas cerca a la playa quedan muchas cosas cerca

Pros: las comidas son muy buenas , variadas y las bebidas también tanto en la zona de playa como en el Lobby . los bares son preciosos. el servicio de carritos para transporte el buenísimo. vas y venís todo el tiempo co ellos de día y de noche. La habitació es gigante. el entretenimieto muy variado y divertido

Cons: a las habitacioes les falta mantenimiento, Hay cosas que se desarman y ruido a agua que pierde. En cuanto al entretenimiento, solo te enterás de lo que figura e la página. faltaría que te enteres de todo lo que se hace.-
