Great vacation with family

Pros: The location is great and the facility was decent with many activities.

Cons: I would like it better if the family suite comes with another bed rather than the sofa bed.

Great hotel with better staff

Pros: I liked the service received by the staff. They always go above and beyond to assist you in whatever you need.

Cons: The separate areas between the certain wristband holder that you are. The hotel rooms are abit dated.

Overall beautiful property

Pros: Beautiful property. The staff was very friendly. Especially Mr. Darwin at the front desk.

Cons: The buffet area should be more organized especially when its busy. Some days they just told us to go inside without seating us and after getting the food it was difficult to find a seat. Had to wait a long time for a knives and forks one day.

Pros: The staff were extremely helpful, happy, obliging, just excellent. They put different activities and shows on each day. The buffet food was good but go early. The drink choices and cocktails were premium.We had one terrible meal on Christmas Eve, we walked out. The suite was lovely, but really not a sea view.

Cons: There could be some upgrades due to wear and tear.

Pros: the breakfast was incredible, the staff super friendly.

Cons: one of the sinks of the bedroom didn’t drain.

Amazing!

Pros: Great facilities, and the staff were absolutely amazing. Estalin and Adonis at the concierge were so lovely and helped us with everything we needed. Edwinson, Erasmo, George Moris and many others were extremely kind to us everytime we saw them. The staff made our stay extremely delightful.

Had an amazing time food was great . Warming room service food is TRASH !

Pros: I loved the size of the property, the furniture … especially those extra large say beds in the lobby area .

Cons: The fact that getting around was a bit difficult because bellman’s were never available to take u to where y wanted to go.

Pros: Central and safe location. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Food types and restaurant options were many. Variety of pool options to choose. Lots to explore. The property provided additional nightly entertainment. Enjoyed the casino. While it was kid friendly, both parents and staff ensured kids were well mannered and not disturbing other guests.

Cons: The toilet in room 11103 had trouble flushing just regular tissue at times. Took 2, 3 flushes. Additionally, the Score was the only restaurant open between 3;30 and 6 for non-diamond members, which made getting food during that time very difficult, as most of the resort was hungry at the same time :) A second option would be great.

Wonderful!

Pros: Overall a wonderful experience with lots to do, food was good, nightly entertainment and activities. I would definitely recommend.

Cons: The check in and check out process was really lengthy. I’m busy days adding more staff would be helpful as well as implementing an express check out.

Pros: Joselito was the best , we will be back just for him , it was really nice Resorts and a Lot of people good here
