Pros: I LOVE THE FRENCH TOAST AND THE SWIM UP ROOM WAS GREAT. FOOD WAS GOOD TOO

Cons: need more activities. also consider a adult water park or access to the other resort

Location Fantastic, Beach Fantastic Staff So nice!! Food, and night shows though...

Pros: The hotel is gorgeous, so beautifully decorated. I loved the christmas lights all over the place. Stunning! The resort was also huge!! And the staff was very kind! The food in the buffet was very good as well!

Cons: For starters. The food. The food at the buffet was pretty good, but the food at the asado and the Italian... it was not good at all. In fact skip it. Trust me. My father and I were so shooked we were too scared to try the japanease and the gourmet resto lol. We just stuck to buffet after that... Fair warning btw if you go to the asado resto. DO NOT GET THE NEWYORK STEAK lol that is def NOT NEW YORK STEAK. Trust me. The staff was very kind though and the buffet was yummy! Aside from that, the entertainment...as in the shows they do every night... how do I put this one... it's like going to a High-school Talent show. It's Okay but it's honestly not worth it. The dancers are talented yes, but they lacked coordination and the timing was all off. And some of them forgot what the dance routine move was lol so you could see them fumble. The dancers were off beat from one another. And the costumes were questionable and not on point. As someone who's an ex ballerina, watching was pretty painful lol. The set was exactly as you'd see in a high-school. It was a basic stage, with meh lighting. Most of the people went, I saw alot of people half asleep, and quite a few left mid show... As for the Rock show. I Love rock music. But the singers were trying to make it \

Lovely holiday in peaceful, idyllic hotel with super customer service from its people.

Pros: The hotel was superb; very spacious, great amenities, beautiful and plentiful food. What made the stay extra special was the unwavering friendly and helpful staff members across every area. From Kesner the bellboy who settled us into our room, to Geraldin, Emicia and Cesar in Guest Services who happily assisted us daily, to all of the restaurant staff who couldn’t be more helpful and attentive. Special mentions for Yafreisy and Carlos (Excelente!)

Pros: Excellent hotel with a WOW factor, you are spoilt for choice with the food and there are a variety of restaurants to choose from. They catered well for vegetarians and gluten free people. Pool/bar/beach facilities were amazing and staff were exceptional- they couldn’t do enough for you and all members of staff always greeted you

Cons: You couldn’t go anywhere locally so maybe some sort of shuttle bus every couple of days to a local area.

Great beach and staff, but cleanliness, food, and air conditioning were a bit disappointing.

Pros: The beach at Majestic Elegance was stunningly beautiful and impeccably clean, making it the highlight of my stay. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, always acting genuinely and warmly, which greatly enhanced my experience. Additionally, the room was as described on the website, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay overall.

Cons: While the overall experience was good, there were some issues with the cleanliness and food quality. The room cleaning service was subpar, as the floors were never mopped, and we even found footprints from previous guests that were not cleaned despite our complaints. We also noticed that the mattress was not covered by a mattress cover, and the linen was placed directly on the mattress. Although we asked room service to put on a mattress cover, this was not done. The food, although well-presented and organized, lacked real taste, especially during lunch and dinner. Furthermore, the lack of air conditioning in the lobby and most public spaces made them uncomfortably warm, and we encountered spiders in the bathroom, indicating a need for better pest control management.

The perfect resort!

Pros: We had our honeymoon here and could not rate it highly enough or recommend it strongly enough. Everything about this resort is excellent. We have high standards when it comes to accommodation and food and we found both to be fantastic. The pool is simply amazing, located right next to the beach. Honestly everything about this place is perfect. We can't wait to come back.

Pros: We really enjoyed the resort, it is a super relaxing place with all you need and more. Yefri and Felicia were always providing entertainment and we loved learning to dance salsa with them on the beach!
