Excellent resort with multiple activities and properly maintained

Pros: Amazing resort to stay, you can exercise at the gym, have fun playing tennis or ping pong, do kayak, entertain with daily activities everywhere. Also good maintain facilities and friendly staff. Good quality drinks and food. It's definitely one of the best options and will come back

Cons: If I have to complain about something, it is about the AC doesn't cool very much the rooms

Wonderful Vacation!

Pros: I really liked how the staff was so nice and helpful! Everything was very clean, the dancers were animated, and the beach was very pretty.

Cons: I felt like the buffet was a bit small.

A perfect holiday

Pros: The food was amazing, staff very friendly and worry about us.

Cons: I have nothing bad to say, everything was perfect.

Pros: We really enjoyed our stay at this Iberostar. All people working there were friendly and helpful (they all worked hard to make people’s stay great). Some of them spoke good English, some of them a bit less good English ,but we never had any troubles to communicate with anyone (what I was afraid about reading some comments). It always helps if you know a few basic words in Spanish. The food at the hotel was great! We loved and buffet and a la carte restaurants (we went to the greek , steak and italian restaurants). Nice thing was an icecream stand at the pool area. Fresh fruit juices available during all meals(something what we missed in other iberostars in other countries) Kids club was quite nice too. They had a lot of activities and ladies working there were sweet to kids. Room was spacious and pretty comfortable. A whole hotel was clean.

Cons: The room had a few broken things (we were not so bothered about it). Definitely would be good if they would do some renovations of the rooms. AC wasn’t cooling the room as much as we would wish, but we also used the fan together with the AC and it was fine(way cooler than outside anyway). In general we were happy and we would happily come back to this hotel.

Pros: Where to start. the hotel is beautiful - huge and has something for everyone! it’s a family resort but it was quiet (apart from at night if you’re close to the entertainment section near the lobby), but it was lovely. Beautiful scenes, so well kept! The staff are so helpful and the head chef was great - made separate meals for me as a vegan every night! I can’t recommend this place enough and would go back in a heartbeat.

Cons: Шампунь, кондиционер, гель. Уборка номера.

Pros: Tudo, comida, acomodação, funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos, simplesmente um lugar perfeito.

Cons: Piscinas, bares, restaurante, tudo.
