You will be surprised by staying in this complex

Pros: The hotel staff are very excellent and courteous and the hotel staff did their work well and professionally everything was orderly and the hotel facilities were excellent. Excellent restaurants with various dishes and we were surprised by their service every day. It was excellent and we will definitely come again. I will travel there

After staying at the Iberostar Resort, I will highly recommend it to everyone.

Pros: Everything was wonderful!!! I LOVED THE HOSPITALITY AND THE FRIENDLY ACCOMMODATING CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT WAS THE BEST!!!

Relajante y para disfrutar en familia!!!

Pros: La ubicación es muy buena, la playa hermosa, piscinas muy grandes y limpias, el personal de entretenimiento en la piscina y durante las noches es muy entretenido.

Cons: 1.Permitir el fumado en ocasiones resulta incómodo para los que vamos con niños . 2.Los restaurantes buffet del hotel si bien tienen un menú variado no es de muy buena calidad en ciertos alimentos como por ejemplo las carnes.

Pros: the staff, they were amazing, always happy and treat you as family

Cons: nothing really bad, but it will be nice to have more snacking places around the pool between the breakfast and lunch or in the afternoon, to accompany the drinks

Lazer e engorda

Pros: O café da manhã é otimo, muito diversificado. O quarto era escuro e silencioso para dormir, a cama, a temperatura o tamanho do quarto eram otimos. Havia lojinhas dentro do Hotel com preços compatíveis ao que vimos fora. A programação foi diversificada e a equipe de animação era simpática e solícita.

Cons: Os funcionários não são amáveis, não tratam os turistas como estamos acostumados. Fomos sinceramente maltratados muitas vezes. A maioria dos restaurantes fecha muito cedo, 21:15. A piscina também fecha cedo, às 19h. As sobremesas não são boas, são todas quase iguais em sabor, só muda a cor. Os funcionários limparam o quarto com minha filha menor de idade dentro, mesmo ela tendo protestado e pedido para não limparem. O Hotel é all inclusive, mas as coisas acabam. Demos azar, fomos em julho havia tanto sagaço que não foi possível entrar no mar nenhum dia. Dá para entender o porquê um Hotel como IberoStar não passa de 8 no Booking.

Cons: Małe, nie zbyt wygodne pokoje, już czas by na renowację, ciężko z organizacja dojazdu do Golf Club, personel na golf-car zawsze mieli problem żeby tam jechać
