Charming Boutique Hotel, Perfect Location, Clean and Well Priced

Pros: No breakfast - I love this hotel...perfect location, very clean and the price is right. I love the common balcony area on each floor.

Cons: I did not get breakfast, as it was not included in the rate. I was in Room 202 for my first stay and the safe was broken. I asked if it could be replaced or fixed and it didn't get taken care of. My second stay was for 1 night in room 302. I couldn't get the shower to work and there was no bathroom light. It would be great if they would provide milk with the coffee in the lobby.

Excellent

Pros: Very good value. Every floor has a nice balcony lounge where you can sit and watch the street life. They had coffee in the lobby ( although no drinking water--although maybe they had it if I'd ask). No food but plenty of places to eat near by. I picked the hotel because i needed a room with two beds. One for me and one for my son. Most hotels seemed to have only one bed in the room. Anyway the room was lovely there were two queen size beds and the price was less than others i'd been looking at that only had one bed.

Cons: there was no hot water during our stay--but that's the case in a lot of places. The bathroom was super tiny--but we were only there for one night. Really the place exceeded our expectations.

Pros: The location of the Hotel is great. the bed is comfy, it has a fridge that is very useful, the staff is always willing to help.

Cons: The hotel is clean but the product that is been used to clean the floor smells too much. unfortunately the hotel don't have breakfast inside the hotel.
