An excellent, peaceful and comfortable base in the zona colonial

Pros: Beautiful hotel with fantastic design and very practical, comfortable rooms. We loved the bed, and the feeling of total peace from the crazy city around us! Slept very well. Excellent location too, right at the top of the colonial zone. A short walk from most historic sites

Cons: Staff were lovely but the WhatsApp concierge system is a bit of a mess! Hours without replies, missed messages etc.

I don't think I would stay here again, it's a beautiful hotel and well designed.

Pros: The staff at the restaurant and the staff for breakfast were exceptional. Especially, Alejandra, Joel, Katia, and Manuel at the restaurant Zola. Ramona is also worth mentioning.

Cons: The pool staff's lack of professionalism—careless and very little knowledge of attention to everyone. I saw attention to the ladies but not the men, a kind of machismo display, and really grotesque. The reception group needs training on how to treat everyone equally. If a question was asked, the looks on their faces at how I dared to interrupt were very disappointed. It’s such a letdown when a hotel gets the \

Pros: This property is very good. The bed is super comfortable, the details of the room are very nice. The shower is great. The amenities are fabulous. The bar and the restaurant tops it off. The staff was as well very helpful

Cons: A few little details that was missing : - a bin next to the sink - a kettle for the tea ( maybe it had and we had to ask reception , not sure ) - can get a little noisy ( music ) - not responsive on booking.com messages

Pros: On a particulièrement aimé le décor la qualité des matériaux et de tout ce qui était mis en œuvre dans l'hôtel La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel Le petit-déjeuner qui est vraiment super bon La proximité avec les lieux les plus touristiques de la zone coloniale

Cons: Il y a eu deux petites choses qui n'était pas terrible La première c'est qu'un coq se mettait tous les jours à chanter à 4h du matin 😭 La deuxième le jacuzzi extérieur était pas propre
