Supportive and helpful staff with

Pros: The breakfast was excellent through out our stay and service was great. I liked the security around the place despite the size of the property. The reception staff especially Marbella Battista were superb, friendly and helpful. They made our stay memorable given our none existent fluency in Spanish.

Cons: I couldn't use the Gym. I am not sure if it was being refurbished. A thread mill was packed away in a small cupboard room

Great location, breakfast, staff and overall service.

Pros: Location was superb. Breakfast buffet was great. Friendly service in the restaurant and bar. Front desk staff named Francis arranged the Tour guide for sightseeing and we loved it. City view from the rooftop bar at night was great. Picturesque hotel. Overall I highly recommend it. Bed size is good for average body size people.

Cons: The shower in the bathroom had no door. This was the layout and I understand that hotel can't do anything in this configuration.

Pros: The location is great, the breakfast is good and the rooftop restaurant there is great too

Cons: The room didn't have a window to open, the door was difficult to open and the room had a musty smell

Pros: It was a very nice and confortable stay. We enjoyed it very much The room was nice and very clean. The staff was very friendly and kind. Everything was very near by.

Pros: Perfect location. Clean room. There was enough space to put your stuff.

Cons: There was a smell in the room and you can't rid of it.

Pros: Location was amazing, hotel decoration beautiful . Although the eggs and other dishes should have been hot, they weren’t warm enough. Also, they don’t offer cappuccinos, and you have to pay extra for it. However, the employees were very friendly. It could be improved

Pros: It is located in the Zona Colonial so it is perfect in terms of getting around. Initially they gave me a room on the 3rd floor but with the music coming from their Sky Europa lounge above, I asked to be moved down to the 2nd floor. They were EXTREMELY accommodating and even offered to do it at 9pm at night. I opted to wait until the next day and again, they were EXTREMELY helpful in getting me re-located including giving me the option of two rooms to choose from. The breakfast was good and the room was very comfortable. For me, the real bonus of this hotel was the STAFF.

Convenient location, cleaness and very warm staff

Pros: Location is very convenient close to many historic landmanrks. The Breakfast service is very good. I believe the variety could improve just a bit. The room was very good overall. We would have loved for more balcony options to be available while we stayed.

Cons: Some of the other guests were very disrespectful and made noise in high night hours or very early in the morning. The exit to the side streed was a bit confusing. I would have loved to have a pool to spend some time there.
