Great location and old world charm

Pros: Excellent location in the old colonial town, everything walkable. Hotel has old world charm but rooms are a good size and well equipped. Reception staff very helpful and breakfast was good

Cons: Some rooms do not have windows but this didn’t bother us.

Pros: Place exceed my expectations. I arrived really late almost midnight and staff was really helpful. It was comfy, quiet place to rest and a good breakfast.

A great place to stay.

Pros: Great staff , the manager was very helpful, and I got to meet the owner who was incredibly informative about the D R, and we spent a wonderful afternoon together.The entire staff were great. The location is 50 ft away from the El Conde, and the Zona Colonia is a jewel that you should not miss while in the country. Nothing but good things to say. Also the price to stay is a bargain.

Pros: The Hotel is perfectly located in the old town and in walking distance to the area. It is in a beautiful old house. The staff was very friendly and helped us out with everything we needed. Also we had a good breakfast.

Cons: The interior is a bit run down, but that is also part of the overall flair of the house.

Clean, quite and beautiful little hotel in the colonial area!

Pros: The staff was professional and super helpful (i.e. car rental recommendation). The room was quite, the breakfast excellent and the Cuba libre at the bar was delicious :) you can find everything close by in walking distance. Hot water in the shower was a bonus!

Cons: The room had no proper window, but we always had fresh air. If you travel by car, moto taxi or taxi, be aware that due to construction work in the area it is difficult to navigate the streets. But no construction noise in the rooms :)

Pros: All the staff at Hotel Class Colonial were so lovely and helpful! They always made a note to greet me as I entered and left the hotel for the day, and were happy to have a chat when I felt like it. As a solo traveller, I felt very safe staying here, as well as it being a great location in the Zona Colonial.
