Pros: Beautiful gardens, nice beach, even if sometime a little bit crowded. Very friendly and smiling staff. Most do not speak fluent English, but do their best. Nice place for family vacation if you want to relax.

Cons: A little bit overpriced, but still nice place to visit. DJ on the beach was doing his best with dance music, however lying on the sun, chill-out is expected. There were some pools with people who loved fun, but near the sound of sea waves.... comes too much.

Overall great stay

Pros: The buffets had great selection, the nightly entertainers and daytime activities were great. Very nice beach with not many walking sales vendors and they clean the seaweed off daily.

Cons: The pillows on the bed were overly full, which gave me neck cramps. The air conditioner could have been more powerful to cool the room better

Pros: Breakfast was very good, as was lunch and dinner. We booked a Japanese, Mexican and Grill restaurant for different nights. The location is simply wonderful, right on the ocean.

Cons: The wifi speed was sometimes poor, but otherwise everything was great.

Pros: The staff was incredible the food was amazing the resort was very clean it was very easy to find everything.

Cons: No laundry facility but I knew this already before I got there. I really enjoyed myself thank you impressive and all the stuff I will come back again for sure.

Great hotel, value for money! We loved it there.

Pros: Great location, fabulous entertainment, tasty coffee, good food. Choose of restaurants amazing. Morning yoga classes and other fitness activities.

Cons: Sometimes service was slow. Waited 50 minutes for a starter in Mexican restaurant. Food was not as good there as in the buffet restaurant.

Pros: Food is incredible. Staff always have a positive mindset and energy. Super!

Cons: I think it would be beneficial to have an app to centralise all the activities done during the day to increase attendance. The program itself is not very visible for the people.
