Grand Bavaro Princess - All Inclusive

Pros: The beach was beautiful and the Platinum restaurants were very good.

Cons: Most staff are quite rude, not welcoming enough and it seems like they don’t care.

Pros: Food was very good. The whole complex is nice. Lots of restaurants.

Cons: The fact that they try to sell you some products and keep you there from your time. Also the shower in the room was not working.

Wonderful hotel to stay at

Pros: The hotel is beautiful and very thoughtfully designed. It offers a relaxing atmosphere throughout the property, while still providing a wide variety of options to enjoy - like many restaurants, coffee spot, a gym and spa, several pools (including dedicated kids’ pools), tennis facilities, and more. The grounds are vast, which gives you the sense that there’s always something new to see or do. Even when the hotel is busy, it never feels crowded; everything remains calm and peaceful, which we loved. Overall, it’s a truly wonderful hotel. We were very pleased with our experience and would happily return again

Cons: Restaurant bookings were a bit confusing. Not the fact that you need to book them (which made sense) but even when there are free tables available, if u don’t have a reservation, they might not let you in which was weird. Some staff members were quite rude, especially in the spa.

Amazing resort

Pros: We liked the staff dancing and singing. We liked the food selection and the restaurants. We preferred the platinum side and were glad we upgraded. There weren't many children on the platinum side. The sand is clean, the gardening is splendid, and the system is also very good, safe, and a nice place. We walked along the beaches, seeing other resorts, and concluded we made a great choice, loving ours (Grand Bavaro Princess) the most.

Cons: The waves and strong winds at the beach. And only they sometimes serve you starter and main course together.

Relaxing enjoyable and worth the money

Cons: Didn't have a foam party. Many food choices but not very tasty. Still its ok.

Pros: Huge, fantastic beach, lovely staff. Great foods and drinks - huge variety included in price. You will not be bored - continuous programs, activities. Great hospitality. In general very good value for price!

Cons: Cleanness of the rooms were not European level 5 star, but it was ok.

Pros: The staff were super pleasant. The food was amazing!!! Having several restaurants to explore and eat so many intercontinental meals was such a great experience, we couldn't book dinner in about 4 of the restaurants because of the length of stay. If you didnt like the food at the booked restaurant, the buffet restaurant is always open for all. The food truck at the beach front was so thoughtful, ensuring that people didnt lose their spot at the front when they went for lunch. The finger foods were so well done. The evening shows brought diverse people who were lodged in the resort together, it was such an exciting time to be at the resort. I am recommending this place over and over again to my friends and family. Would surely visit again.

Cons: The wifi was such a hassle.... moving round the resort meant losing wifi access intermittently which was so frustrating. What was most frustrating was the fact that we needed to use the train to further locations within the resort. However, after some days in the resort, we found our way around and didnt need the train most times. The overall experience is a solid 8/10.

Relaxing week in Grand Bavaro Princess

Pros: Perfect service, very attentive, great food options, room size and comfort, external gardens amazing

Fantastic, highly recommended!

Pros: We stayed 2 weeks and it already became one of our favourite holiday. Staff are the star of the hotel. They are very friendly, all of them smiling and very helpful in every situation. I never seen happy employees like them in any other sector. Resort is massive but they sort out everything for your comfort to avoid the tiredness. There are cute train stops, they help you travel inside the resort. There are buffet, restaurants, bars close to the beach, to the pools and to the rooms. So you can access to food and drinks easily. Beach was the cleanest of Bavaro and everything is in order. If there are seaweeds, hotel cleaning them very quick with the tractor. Food wise, above the all inclusive standards and drinks are really the best. Room was very comfy and big enough but old style stone makes humidity smell sometimes. But humidity didn’t effect to our stay. We stayed 2 weeks and everything was fantastic highly recommend it.

Cons: Room bath could be cleaner and sometimes humidity smell.
