Easy going beach property fort stay without hassle.

Pros: If you are looking for easy holiday without need to leave the hotel property, thi is the one. It has even coffee shop and ice cream parlour on spot. And some iguanas to feel you are in nature. In fact the huge place between lobby and rooms was kept as part of natural landscape which is kind of exceptional (and both parts are nice walk away ...or by electric shuttle for lazy ones).

Cons: You can hardly get any beach chair if you do not sneak to the beach in the middle of the night and use your towel as untouchable claim. Quite ridiculous and I am sure there are some other optins invented in this world. It just needs some management.

One of the rare hotels I would gladly return to.

Pros: A beautiful, well-maintained resort with lush greenery and a large animal and bird area — it truly feels like real jungle. The animation team deserves special praise: energetic, professional, and genuinely amazing at what they do. The activities were diverse and fun — archery, darts, aqua aerobics, dance classes, games, evening shows, and disco — all perfectly organized. Daily room cleaning, a wide variety of food with plenty of seafood and desserts.

Cons: Minor drawbacks: the internet was unstable at times, and there are no elevators in the residential buildings.

Overall pleasant stay

Pros: - spatious, comfortable rooms - overall the resort looks clean and well taken care of - kind, helpful staff - buffet food was diverse enough for our taste - we were able to book dinners at all a la carte restaurants and they were great, especially the Brazillian one! - after check-out (12pm), we were able to enjoy the facilities of the resort until the afternoon, when we needed to leave for the airport - the entertainment programs were fun and diverse

Cons: - main problem - not enough beach chairs for everyone (on the beach or around the pools)!!! If we went on the beach at 7-8am it was very difficult or even impossible to find an empty beach chair. We could only find empty chairs around the kids pool. I think people woke up very early to \

A very relaxing stay with a beautiful beach, good buffet, and lovely weather.

Pros: Great value for money and perfect for a relaxing vacation. Everything you need—sleep, food, and beach—without any hassle, plus a beautiful beach, grounds, and pools.

Cons: Given the size of the resort, some small issues are understandable. The room could have been a bit cleaner on arrival, the minibar bottles had an odd smell, and the gym felt quite small with limited ventilation, especially after rain.

Very good hotel, some details to review

Pros: Food was excellent, beach, pools, new year dinner was good. Brazilian restaurant was outstandinf, we realliy enjoyed it. Staff in the restaurants, bars and in the pool was super kind. New year's party was excellent! Very good performances and count down for final year, but unfortunately the party finish early, around 1 am Hotel is very good in general, but have some details that avoid us give 5 stars

Cons: A couple of days were very rainy, I asked for an umbrella for 2 days at least 5 times, they always sais they will send to the room, and irlt never happened (I saw lots of guest with it)..we stayed wet . Security guard askinf us in very rude way to go out of the pool in January 1st. It was around 6pm..any scheduled was shown in any place. Most of the staff is very friendly and kind but it seems a few people is tired and hadn't good humor Room they gave us had not good view, however it was comfortable, so we decided keep it. We suppose to receive a tour and welcome gift but we never received.

Pros: Very nice location, Beautiful beach, Nice staff, Good animation, including games, volley ball and Spanish class!

Cons: You have to wake up very early to book your sunchair Wifi in the room was really bad Self-service buffet for Dec 31 (I would have preferred a dinner with table service)

Very fun and relaxing, welcoming and clean.

Pros: We enjoyed the staff, they were all very kind and welcoming. The room was beautiful in terms of visual esthetics. We didn't use the pools often only because the beach was so beautiful but they looked very clean. The beach was great, very relaxing and fun to be at.

Cons: My biggest complaint is the bed, the bed in our room was pretty uncomfortable and one sheet and that small blanket thing didn't suffice and the polyester sheets were so itchy and uncomfortable. I would highly recommend switching to cotton. The food could use some more options however I didn't find the food bad. It was just so similar every day.

Relaxing holiday

Pros: The hotel has a beatiful garden with a lt of animals and a nice beach. The room was spacious and clean. We asked for a quiet room and got one sunrise orientated, so we could admire everymorning the sunrise from our balcony. Rally lovely 🙂. The food was ok, I've allways had something to choose from, salads, vegetables, fish and fruits (the pineapple was the best), but it's not for those who are picky about the food. We loved the cofe Cappuccino, they were making a very good coffe. There is a soft animation, not noisy and not pushing. They were inviting people to join the activities, but if you didn't want to, there was no presure. For the A la carte restaurants you have to make reservation 2 days in advance.

Cons: The bathroom is partly open space with just some glass screens separating the toilet and the shower from the room. No privacy. I don't know how full was the hotel, but certainly there were not enough towels. They had to collect them, send them to wash and dry and then bring them back. You could take a shower in the afternoon and not have any towel, untill they brought the dry ones. The beach was nice, but the clients had a bad habit of occupying with the beach towels the sunbeds very early in the morning, although they weren't staying there. Going to the beach at 10 am meant losing a lot of time finding something available. More sun beds would help.

Pros: Very well maintenaned beach and great environment for kids. Awesome food and most of the personnel is helpful.

Cons: Mistakes happen. It's the most important for me that customer services staff, specifically Nina is great, tries finding the solution and at the end also a compensation when we agreed the services were provided unsatisfactory.
