Overall excellent value for money

Pros: The staff were very attentive and friendly across the board. Access to food and beverages excellent.

Cons: The room was dated and the internet virtually non existent.

Pros: Small relaxing atmosphere friendly with good food and service

Cons: Not entirely storm proof and some areas could have been cleaner

Good, relaxing holiday experience

Pros: The whole resort felt relaxing, the staff were friendly and helpful, the food was good and it was nice to be close to nature too & not concrete high rises.

Cons: Links to the local area outside of the resort could have been better. Also the beach was full of seaweed limiting access to the sea.

Pros: The place was excellent, a beautiful beach and the staff, especially those ladies at reception, were brilliant.

Cons: Very little, only a perfectionist would complain about my experience.

Pretty good experience, with some small things to improve

Pros: The location was very good, the staff was very friendly and helpful. But the best of the best was the buffet, where there was a great selection for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and the food there exceeded our expectations. Another good thing was that after check out, we could still use the facilities of the hotel, without extra fees.

Cons: The room conditions were not really as expected. Some of the things in the room (furniture) were broken. Plus, we had only one plug near one side of the bed, not really enough if you have more than 2 things to charge. The cleaning was not really great either, they kept forgetting to leave us things in the room, such as towels and toiletries. The buffet, as I said before, had amazing food, while the other restaurants that we've tried did not reach our expectations.

Pros: The variety of food is fantastic, the service is great, the pool by the beach is so beautiful, the garden has some much care and the staff is so helpful with our small demands.

Cons: NO INTERNET! It was terrible not having a connection to find excursions around. The bathroom has no door, no privacy at all. Also we had some misinformation among the staff.

Cons: The club is not really a club, 90% of that place was staff The bell guys don’t speak English, the same as 95% hotel staff The hotel was packed with old people

Pros: We really liked the food, mexican night at the buffet was awesome! Staff at buffet was really great - friendly, service-minded. The whole hotel area was very clean. Places at the hotel were not crowded - beach, pool or restaurants. Huge plus - they let you stay at the premises until your flight after check out.

A great holiday with nice people and great staff.

Pros: The atmosphere was great and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool was nice and plenty of sun beds. The pool bar was great. The food choices were very good.

Cons: The only thing that let the property down for me was the wine, being a wine lover and the Wi-Fi around the pool and outside areas but it didn’t bother me as I just spent more time in the pool.

It was an enjoyable stay and we would recommend it. The staff make a real difference 👍

Pros: Fantastic location, superb beach, good food and drinks. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Good room size. The grounds are well maintained and there is plenty of space. The Pool is ok, Poolbar is great.

Cons: The hotel needs a bit of an update. Using the included Restaurants is not a straight forward process and can be frustrating. The sunbeds are ok but not to the best standard. If you want imported brand drinks you need to pay extra. Service not included such as beach towels in the room, bathrobe and slippers are standard in other 5 stars hotels.
