Impressive Premium Punta Cana - All Inclusive

Pros: All areas were near bars and food areas, always sun beds available, towels nice and big.

Cons: The pool wasn't kept up with the leaves being cleaned out of it, and guest were mostly doing that every day. The premium food area, was a bit of a disappointment, nearly every morning we had to ask for bread, always empty.it also only offered scrambled egg, would be nice you have a egg choice. Our rooms were lovely, but the last 2 days we didn't have a shower mat and a towel was put on the floor.

Pros: Room was a greeat size. Food was amazing. Theme restaurant were great ( On the Grill and Japanese werethe best )

Cons: Staff could take care of guest who put a towel to reserve a seat at the pool or beach and did not show up for hours. It should not be allowed to reserve a seat for more than 1 hour without using it.

It was very nice to get away and enjoy the beautiful weather. We had relaxing time

Pros: Our room was clean and thanks to Natalie always looked after with fresh towels and face cloths. She was amazing! The food portions at the special restaurants were perfect not too small or too big.

Cons: You had to line up in a long line up to get a drink at the premium bar in the front lobby. There were no waiters looking after your drinks at the pool side or at the beach. The lounge chairs for the designated premium section at the beach was for the most part in the shade all day. The lobby does not have enough space and seating areas for being totally full and booked out resort. The age should offer special coffees with Bailey etc and stay open longer than 21:30.

Pros: Everything very well organized, pleasant staff. Recommended for relaxing vacation

Pros: There are many activities during the day, the beach was nice, the buffet food has many options. Overall would mostly recommend eating at the buffets as the restaurants are just fancy wanna be. Our concierge, Santo, was the best person we have met from the staff. He was kind, wrote us daily to see if we need anything and also arranged a room change because we received something different from what we have booked. Wish more people in the resort were like him.

Cons: The majority of the staff seemed to be in a bad mood all the time, lack of smiling and friendliness and I believe that’s the big minus for this resort. Another thing would be the restaurants that you have to book for. Even though they are specialized in some cuisines, the dishes were not what I was expecting. Maybe they should invest more in research and recipes or cooks. Overall a good experience and I highly recommend the management to take action on what I wrote above.

Had an amazing 9 days at this resort could not fault anything premium option is the way to go great restaurants pool bar

Pros: Everything very well laid out something for everyone entertainment day and night premium bands are great access all areas butler service ect

Pros: Service costumers and all the facilities. Really nice room There are a lot of restaurants in the hotel as well as the swimming pools

Pros: Our stay yet again was fabulous. Our butler Smerlin yet again went above and beyond. We had a hick up when we arrived but Smerlin resolved our problem very quickly and with great efficiency. He has been our butler 2; years running and when we return for our 4 th year at your resort I will be requesting him again. Smerlin is an amazing attribute to your hotel , accommodating in any way possible even on his days off . Can't wait to return next year and to be looked after as wonderfully as this year. Thank you Smerlin hope to see you next year.

Cons: Sadly the one thing that lets your hotel down is the quality of the food. Very rare that the food is hot and unfortunately in one of your restaurants the menu and dishes served were very different shame as we returned for a 2nd time as 1st experience was lovely unfortunately we were very disappointed on 2nd time the food was not good quality and the same starter was completely different.. Room service very good and so was the grill.

Great value for the money

Pros: It was our second time and this time we booked Premium. Room was clean and spacious, Premium buffet served good food but what makes it so special is the staff. Amazing ladies, friendly, always smiling. It was a pleasure going there for breakfast and lunch. Pools at preimim are clean and not too crowded and beach bar as well. 2 ladies at Mini club are awesome, my daughter loved them. All in all good place for the money we paid, you feel welcomed!!

Cons: Food at Open sea restaurant got worse from 2 years ago, main pool (not in Premium) was quite dirty, cocktails were not the same anymore :) a lof of sugar and artificial flavours.
