Nice stay in Studio 27

Pros: Nice stay in the edge of Zona Colonial. Room was clean, wifi was ok. On the top of the hotel you also have mini terrace. Small market is just cross the street.

Wonderful stay close to everything in the heart of the Colonial Zone

Pros: The room was big and comfortable, all of the staff was so friendly and accommodating (which makes such an impact here), the rooftop patio is really nice, and it's in the perfect area to explore the whole Colonial Zone! Would definitely stay here again. We also got the room for an amazing price, and it included breakfast.

Cons: The only downside was that the rooms aren't very soundproof so it gets quite loud with the street noise, and any noise from hotel guests. We were on the first floor so we could hear everything happening outside and in the lobby.

Pros: Robinson was a quick person and helped at all times. The breakfast was delicious.

Pros: Robinson and Charmant, very good receptionists, were attentive to everything during my stay and the cleaning was very well done.

Perfect accomodation in the historical centre

Pros: Very good location in the historical centre. Decent breakfast at the terrace.

Cons: I ordered a taxi to the airport and they put me in a taxi with other people going to completely different direction. Which was a bit annoying and unreliable. However, I succeed to be at the airport in time.

Beautiful hotel in the best location with some weird policies

Pros: A beautiful hotel in an amazing location! Very nice interiors. Everything is very clean and pretty. Comfortable beds and pillows. Good A/C Location can't be better - it's located on one of the main touristic streets - close to everything and safe. Good enough breakfast - the cooking lady is very nice and kind. Jacuzzi on the roof. Beautiful terrace and view.

Cons: I've been here twice and twice I had problems with hot water in the shower. The first time it was coming sometimes randomly. The second time I couldn't get it at all. A guy from the reception was trying to prove that water from the one side is slightly warmer than from another, but I couldn't feel the difference. I don't like some policies in this hotel in comparison to other hotels in the area. 1. They don't give complimentary water, which most of the other hotels do. There is only water in a minibar that you can buy. 2. After check out you can store your suitcases only for money. And it's not cheap. It was ok for me, but more sensitive people may find this place noisy, especially during the weekends. As there are a couple of bars around and the street gets busy with cars and people. But it doesn't last too late.

Pros: Loved the staff, neighborhood and overall location. Definitely liked the cleanliness of the overall common areas and the helpfulness of the staff.

Cons: One of the features that I was looking forward the most was the Jacuzzi availability on the roof, which was completely out of service for the entire 10 days of my stay.

Pros: Beautiful location, friendly staff, a great balcony in our room overlooking the Parque Rosado. We loved it!

Pros: Great location right in the middle of Santo Domingo Colonial Zone. Friendly staff. Nice decorated rooms. Balcony with a park view.
