Pros: The hotel was clean , the entertainment was really good for kids and adults , the food was good , it is great place for the family.

Cons: People smoking everywhere, they should have a smoking area as they are a lot of kids and babies around and this was very annoying. Some of the staff were a bit rude, they were talking between them and ignoring us sometime during service

Pros: It is a nice village with a nice beach , The animation staff were incredible

Cons: There are some stones in the sea and sometimes they were uncomfortable

Pros: Have everything for good stay , different kind of food,nice clean beach ,friendly people. There was the best coffee that I drink. They was organize for us romantic dinner,it’s was beautiful.

Cons: It’s was take time to check in,but they was give to us very good room in the end ,and it’s rocks in the sea so better to take with you special shoes or you will punch your fingers . But sew was very clear and not cold

Pros: La animación. Los chicos son increíbles hércules superman fresita sansón la maquina daniela hacen que sea imposible aburrirte. La animación es la mejor de los resorts en la que he estado. Es super cómodo todo esta cerca. La comida me pareció muy buena y los temáticos espectáculos. La barra de sushi increíble y Carlos el que los prepara un genio

Cons: Antes de llegar me enviaron un email solicitando pago x adelantado cuando mi reserva especificaba q era pago en el hotel bajo amenaza de cancelar la reserva. Un mal momento y una preocupación innecesaria me pareció muy poco serio. Esta muy mal manejado el tema. Molesta un poco tener q ir tan temprano a agarrar sombra en la playa pero eso pasa en todos los resorts de la zona. Faltarían un poco mas de opciones de comida en el snack y algun lugar mas donde servirse bebidas ya que en el bar piscina playa siempre habia que hacer cola

Un experiencia maravillosa en Bayahíbe

Pros: La verdad que supero mi expectativas, la habitación tenia como 50 metros, un jaccuzi, salida a una pileta privada, más no se puede pedir, aparte la limpieza muy buena!. Fundamental sacar las habitaciones Sunclub porque aparte de ser mejores te da la opción de restaurantes exclusivos, otro sector de playa, de pileta, de barras y ahí realmente esta el diferencial. La animación muy buena, los restaurantes temáticos con una comida espectacular, fácil de reservar y algunos ni siquiera necesitabas reserva. La playa muy linda y los que se quejan de las piedras en el mar en nuestro caso ni lo sentimos, puede haber alguna piedra pero que no te lastima, en ese sector de la playa estaba muy bien. En definitiva una gran experiencia y espero volver

Cons: El check in fue un espanto y acá me quiero detener porque es la cara del hotel ante el publico que recién llega, seguramente de un viaje muy largo. Lamentablemente llegamos muy temprano, el empleado me miro mal como diciendo que haces acá a esta hora y me dijo \

Cons: Al llegar la habitación no estaba limpia del todo. Restos de jabón en la ducha, el piso sin barrer. No sacudian bien las sábanas.
