Pros: Very spacious room. Plenty of food and bar options. The staff was friendly.

Cons: Not always the fridge was stocked. One day room service took a few hours to get me two bottles of water.

Relaxing Caribbean ambient

Pros: The beach area is incredible with clear tropical waters and lots of entertainment, or rest areas if you prefer. The general hotel area is very good, with several pools & bars on different locations.

Cons: Sometimes it could be a bit caotic with the requests for drinks at the buffet but the staff is really nice and work hard to please you. The rooms could use some more love in regards to cosmetic issues (basic paint jobs, old bin trays, etc)

Pleasant.

Pros: Breakfast at the Buffet was excellent, as good as any I've enjoyed. We live in Republica Dominicana.

Cons: We dined at three of the restaurants on location. Each of them was a terrible failure, an embarrassment to Italians, Japanese and French. We should have eaten at the buffet for each of the three meals each day.

Pros: Todo estaba cerca, los show estaban bien a la vista.

Cons: Hay como una segunda propiedad cruzando la calle que es del sector preferred que por suerte no nos tocó ahí porque estás muy lejos de la playa y de todo. La comida muy rica pero bastante salada, el champagne es bastante malo. Y algo muy malo que no recomiendo contratar es la excursión que venden en el lobby del hotel, es pésima!
