Pros: The food was great! The facilities were clean and accessible. Beautiful resort, I would stay here again. Staff were friendly and helpful

Pros: Very nice staff. We were checked in early. The rooms and facilities were very clean. Swimming pool was clean also. A large buffet and two restaurants meant there were no lines

Cons: The beach was unkempt. The shower diverter and toilet flush were broken in the room.I was also disappointed with the beach. The sand was washed away, palm tree roots were sticking out, and the whole beach was uneven, and on the last night, one palm tree actually fell over.

Wonderful

Pros: The food, the beach, and the service were all fantastic. We absolutely loved this place; it was exactly what we needed to relax and have fun. A special thank you to Leonardo, the guy at the egg station during breakfast, for his excellent service. We also appreciated the team at the Calypso Bar for serving the best beers! The beach here is amazing, and our accommodation was wonderful. We were lucky to have a room with sea views, which made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place, and I will definitely come back!

Cons: The only thing they could improve is having better Latin music during the nights.

Lovely beach for a relaxed stay

Pros: The beach section is the loveliest around comparing to other resorts in the area. The room was very spacious and clean, and there was a good food variety at the buffet. It was a good value for money.

Cons: The resort is located far from restaurants and bars, so you can’t really have a go at restaurants and bars. Facilities are a bit run down (the gym had rusty and broken equipments). Drinks are a bit fake as they were probably intentionally almost zero alcohol (spirits are probably diluted, because after an entire day drinking we were still flawlessly sober). Food could be better despite the variety. The entertainment was very poor, especially at night.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food at La Trattoria was excellent. The breakfast at El Mirador was great.

Cons: There was poor wifi throughout the resort, only had great connection in or near to the lobby. The room was clean but the curtains were stained.

Pros: Big and very clean room, balcony with view, beatiful garden and pools, wonderful beach. Food is exellent and various. Kind staff. If you like autentic caribbean style, it’s absolutly for you!
