Absolutely amazing - zero faults

Pros: Everything was perfect - staff, facilities and food. We loved it! There is a great variety of restaurants and food choices. There are so many activities both during the evening and throughout the day. This was our first time doing all inclusive and we didn’t know what to expect but we have zero faults.

Perfect all inclusive Holiday

Pros: The resort was clean, easy to navigate, friendly and overall a very relaxing place to stay. The people are. Pre then friendly and staff will do their utmost to help you.

Pros: The bed was soooo comfortable. The pool was massive and really nice. Buffet food was superb. Sensie experience and food was exceptional. The staff was the best; very friendly, helpful and pleasant. Room service was good as well. Wide variety of restaurants and activities. Overall 10/10. Will definitely recommend to others.

Beautiful resort, great staff and good food.

Pros: Everything was beyond my/our expectations ♥️ Loved the restaurants and especially the Mexican one. All staff at the resort plus restaurants were great. Miguelina at the Mexican & Elvin at the Route 66 and Marina are both excellent. Leandro at the Marina also very service minded and friendly. Actually there are more people/ staff who were great but don’t remember everyone’s names. The pool bar at the Privilege was great and so the staff. Entertainment crew the same and Pokémon did everything to get people engaged with their activities and successfully did so. Check in & out went smoothly. The pools are clean and the beach 🏝️ was really beautiful and clean too. I can go on boasting about this resort because it’s a great concept. Only one thing that I would love seeing a bit more updated is the gym. Everything else was great. Room service also great plus the food.
