Amazing parties

Pros: Almost everything is great. The pools, the rooms, the staff. Everybody is great, especially the bar staff. (Jose, Angel, Enrique, Mart, Daniel). The parties are amazing, they really know how to party! The room was big and totally clean. The app is also amazing, and if you send a request like more pillows, etc, they bring it to you very fast.

Cons: The food at the buffet was almost the same every day, and the deserts were not good. I didn't try the specialty restaurants. The gym could have a renovation since it is an adults only resort and many people go there.

One of the best and most affordable vacations I’ve taken.

Pros: Honestly everything. There were lots of pools, restaurants and places to hang out. It never felt like a crowded resort despite there being a lot of people there.

Cons: There are only a limited number of bathrooms. Having some closer to the restaurants would have been nice.

One of the Best Party resorts in the world.

Pros: The vibes were insane, So much to do, never a dull moment. Pink Party and Jungle Party were an absolute movie So much diversity of different cultures staying in the hotel you meet people from all over the world like Americans, Canadians, Brits, Caribbeans, South Americans and Europeans. Many food options to pick to your taste and can walk in to most restaurants without a reservation ( the quality wasn’t the best though but ALOT better than what the other reviews would make you believe)

Cons: Restaurants closing at 9, should stay open til 11 No straws with the drinks from the bar, is a slight inconvenience Water pressure in shower drops significantly in the afternoon

Pros: 1: Restaurants and choice of food - excellent and a lot. 2: Beaches are clean and at a great location on the island. 3: Lots of activities, swimming pools, bars etc. 4: Staff is helpful, however only if you speak Spanish (which wasn’t our case) 5: Excellent daily cleaning service. 6: Lots of green - palms, trees etc. outside

Cons: 1: Spanish is spoken by everyone and 0 English, hard to understand each other. 2: Medical services are overpriced ($200 for consultation) and there is no emergency. 3: Elevators are slow and smelly. 4: Time for some renovation of the stairs and some public places (due to humidity). 5: Waterpark slides are a bit rusty giving some scratches on the back when sliding.

Reasonable

Pros: Beautiful grounds and beach. The food was reasonably good & they cater to vegetarians which was good

Cons: Staff appeared cold and miserable, not warm and welcoming. There was a bad septic scent, the room was kept clean but it looks old and had leaking toilet water tank that kept running on & off. The elevator was broken down, we had water dripping from the roof, they fix it but that’s a deal breaker we could fall going to the bathroom The hotel is getting run down it need renovation . Need more options for fish, we don’t eat meat

i enjoyed my stay at the riu republica -adults only very much.

Pros: the breakfast was excellent . it catered for all tastes. i loved the location. the beach was very good. had plenty of sun loungers and not very far from the main complex

Cons: i couldn't adjust the temperature on the air conditioning. even maintenance was unable to explain why. also the coffee and milk was not replenished adequately.

A fun party resort with beautiful beach access and events every night!

Pros: All the basics are provided. The room and hotel was very clean and sae no cockroaches or bedbugs despite reviews. The food at the buffet was alright and matched the value for money. I perfered the buffet vs the resturtants and the Jerk hunt was delicios and best chicken on the resort! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The parties on and off the resort were fun and well put together. The beach is extreamly clean and it was a fun resort. Always something happening and people were always out and about. If you are looking to have a good time, party and beach this place is perfect without all the bells and whistles. It's a basic all inclusive and matches the price.

Cons: It's not a 5 star resrot, maybe one day but for the price, 0 complaints. You can't pay cheap prices and expect it to be a Sandles expereince. I just didn't like how the water was shut off in the evenings and no one mentioned this and that the room card always needed to be reset but other than that, 0 complaints.

My stay was great overall

Pros: Break fast was good and the location was good also.

Cons: I did not like some of the restaurants the food did not meet my expectations.
