Live Aqua Punta Cana - All Inclusive - Adults Only

Relaxing, premium experience. Slightly over-priced for what it is, but a fantastic resort with direct beach access.

Pros: A wonderful premium experience - clean, comfortable, plenty of dining options

Cons: For a resort catering to English speaking visitors, some of the staff were difficult to communicate with. Also, be prepared for a heavy tipping culture. The room cleaners wait for you to be back in the room to come in to clean, looking for a tip. We had to practically beg to get the room cleaned during the day.

Pros: Was clean, feels new + buffet was great (most of the time better than restaurant )

Pros: I liked the staff and the hospitality I liked the pools and I liked the restaurants

Cons: I didn’t like that water got stucked in my bathroom and my jacuzzi wasn’t working properly. Afterall they fixed it but I needed to wait for a long time.

Pros: Really lovely grounds. Nice and clean. Pool areas were stunning.

Cons: The alcoholic drinks were extremely watered down, even the spirits.

Great for a short stay if the aim is to relax

Pros: The property was so convenient for our 2 night stay. The food (specifically breakfast & lunch/dinner buffet) was good, staff were so helpful and the room is great.

Cons: The activity schedule and activities were not up to the standard. I tried the yoga class and it was anything but yoga.

Nice with a few unpleasant moments for sure!

Pros: 1. It was very clean. 2. Very nice rooms. 3. Most of the staff were very polite. 4. The cocktails are amazing 5. The Italian and Asian restaurants were great! 6. They have a generous breakfast and the chef’s making the eggs and pancakes were very good. 7. They serve good coffee in the coffee shop.

Cons: 1. The hotel staff tried to sell us a membership for their hotel group. Literally 5 different people tried to convince us one after another, it was exhausting. They told us they’ll take max 60 minutes to show us the benefits and tell us about the membership, it took 2.5 hours!! They promised us a 25 minute massage if we heard them out, but our massage was only for 15 minutes and it was absolutely terrible. 2. DON’T GET ANY MASSAGE! They’re so over priced and definitely not worth it at all given our experience. 3. The Mediterranean restaurant staff were terrible. They were rude, racist and were literally making fun of us. They never came to our table, we had to follow them around to order our meal or request for anything. They said they didn’t have bread for the olive oil and balsamic lying on our table, but the other table with white people were getting bread. Worth mentioning that we are Indian, and have a light brown skin tone!
