Dreams Onyx Resort & Spa - All Inclusive

Pros: Perfect resort for family, clean very friendly people,good food, we have a great time 😊

Great resort for a short or longer vacation.

Pros: Delicious food at the buffet with a lot op options. Swimming pools and water slides were very fun and there was lifeguards on duty, The room was clean and spacious, and the balcony had nice view over the lazy river swimming pool. Friendly staff members, especially Jean Carlos at the vip-front desk. Overall a very good experience during my 3 day trip there.

Cons: It was all very good, but if I have to mention something. When I first checked in, I didn't get a brief explanation about how to get around in the resort and I was struggling a bit to find my way everywhere. Then I went back to the reception and asked for a map and some instructions, then it was much more clear on how not to get lost. Another thing what the resort could benefit from, a bit more cleaning up from the empty glasses on the sides of the lazy river swimming pool. I guess it adds up real quick with the bar over there, but I think it would look a lot prettier if there weren't so empty glasses on the sidewalls of the pool. But overall I still had a great stay and would definitely recommend this resort to other travelers.

It was nice. My family enjoyed themselves. Great family trip with lots of fun things to do.

Pros: I did like the robes, slippers, beverages, bottled water, fruit, chocolates left in the room for us to enjoy. I enjoyed having room service with no additional charge as it was all-inclusive. Lots of activities available near the pools, tons of food options, great latin and american music and beautiful beach to enjoy.

Cons: The location was very remote off a dark lit road with too many speed bumps that even when driven slowly could cause damage to most cars or scooters. Trucks or large SUVs would do better over those high speed bumps. My family and I didn't enjoy all the tiny ants living around bathroom sink and kitchenette area near coffee machine. I didn't like how dirty the floors were when we first checked into our room. It wasn't until the following days that housekeeping mopped the dirty floors clean. The toilet room door was stained and needed a good scrubbing. Please scrub the doors and floors clean.

Pros: Overall experience was excellent, the staff went above and beyond. Would love to give a few special recognition to certain employees. 1-Felix, Moises and Jomesit in the Mix bar( the service they gave was exceptional. 2- Darlyn- who worked in the French restaurant and in the taco stand- thank you for the laughter, and amazing service. 3-Javier in concierge- your dedication to making sure the guest are satisfied is over the top, Thank you for making our stay and my sister in laws birthday amazing. I will definitely be booking really soon.

I could have stayed longer, no doubt.

Pros: Very good facilities. Our Booking concierge, Joel, was excellent, always ready to help, immediate response. The beach personnel was also very good - kudos to Feliciano at the beach bar, and Vida, at the towel station. The personnel at some of the restaurants was not always super friendly (many were very friendly) but they seemed overworked and under a lot of stress. But they were always correct.

Cons: The food at the main cafe and restaurant could be better - at least in other dreams hotels we have visited was better. Some of the other restaurants were excellent, though

Pros: Our second stay at the resort was just perfect as the first one. All restaurants served excellent food and drinks. Very polite and helpful staff, especially our butler Rafael.

The pool party was so lit the food the staff . I enjoyed everything my friends love it well back

Pros: I enjoyed de food . The Italian restaurant is everything everything was so good , the staff were so friendly. The staff , the club , the restaurant, the bars we enjoyed everything and honestly they really got good service

Cons: Honestly I liked everything about this resort don’t walk to book this resort run 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️I will definitely back . It was my birthday 🎉 I really enjoyed the club at the breathless we had a really good time

Heerlijk een week niks doen

Pros: Aardig personeel, luxe kamers, groen, zowel drukke als rustige zwembaden, met en zonder muziek, dus voor een ieder wat wils Ontbijt en lunch echt heerlijk, een enorm aanbod aan gevarieerde producten van vers fruit tot verschillende soorten brood, lokale gerechten maar ook diverse bereidingen van ei en vlees/ vis

Cons: Iedereen doet heel erg z’n best. Alleen daardoor slaat het vriendelijke soms een beetje door in een show terwijl men het ongetwijfeld goed bedoelt.

Pros: The properties are unbelievable, the staff will go above and beyond for anything you might need, all you need is communication. My son is autistic and eats very limited items they worked with me every single day to ensure he had his safety food available throughout the day.

Cons: I loved everything about this property. The employees all go above and beyond. Best stay I have ever had.
