Pros: Employees were extremely friendly and always checked if everything was OK, is we needed anything else, another drink. After some days, they even recalled our room number! Service level was definitely a plus in this hotel!

Cons: Seaweed in the beach could be cleaned more often.

Pros: The food and drinks are great, the personal are vert very kind, the server's and hostesses at all the restaurants are very nice and helpful. Our butler G (Garlier) was great, he is the best! Very kind and always willing to help without hesitation. Could always count on him Definitely made our stay stress free, and we’ll relaxed. Would recommend and most likely visit myself again!

It was a beautiful resort and the service was fantastic and the evening dinners were really good!

Pros: The dinners were pretty good. The buffet was fine. The service was great, and the atmosphere was gorgeous. I wouldn’t say the food was phenomenal or anything but over all we loved it!

Cons: Couldn’t toast bread/bagels, lunch food was average.

A proper luxury and party experience

Pros: We have been to Punta Cana many times. This is the perfect size resort with the right mix of people. We will be back .

Cons: I think they should allow the entertainment staff to get tips. They work hard and keep the place excited all day.

Pros: Tout est regroupé et appréciable. Les zones des 3 piscines accessibles. La plage est magnifique et surveillée. Les chambres spacieuses. Le personnel est souriant.

Cons: La nourriture est façonnée pour les touristes ! Manque d’ambiance le soir, juste un spectacle trop tôt. Pas assez fun.
