Pros: our butler Kevin is amazing, he was able to come to us immediately every time we messaged him with any need.

Cons: As a five-star hotel, there should be separate shampoo and conditioner, but the hotel provided a two-in-one shampoo that doesn’t moisturize the hair. My hair often gets tangled during the day due to the sea breeze and being in the water, making it difficult to comb through.

Lovely and relaxing, felt safe and happy as a solo traveller

Pros: Loved my rooftop room - being able to have a jacuzzi for myself as the sun setting was perfect. Staff were fantastic particularly Daury at beach bar who made everyone happy and made me feel at home

Cons: Rooms were a little bit cold even with aircon off.

An incredible stay and Kevin Paulino was so helpful, kind and proactive.

Pros: There’s a variety of activities to do on the resort which was amazing! And Kevin Paulino was amazing!!

Pros: Our stay at Hotel Ocean El Faro was truly exceptional and absolutely worth recommending. The entire resort makes a wonderful impression — from the beautiful, spacious pools to the wide variety of well-organized restaurants, as well as the cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the property. I would especially like to highlight our concierge, Reinaldo Sánchez, whose kindness, professionalism, and constant willingness to help made our stay even more pleasant. He answered every question, handled every request quickly and efficiently, and was always friendly and attentive. He made our honeymoon unforgettable with a few amazing surprises, and he truly is someone who makes a difference and deserves special recognition. We highly recommend both the hotel and Reinaldo. Thank you for making our honeymoon truly special!

Pros: It’s our first time in an all inclusive we really did enjoyed because it’s was low season and not many people

Cons: They could maintain the property a bit better but it’s fine

Quality Punta Cana holiday experience

Pros: The hotel was vast with great facilities and many excellent restaurants with premium drinks being part of our all inclusive package.

Cons: Some Reception staff were abrupt/rude, upselling was tiresome by some concierge.

Other then the room service we loved it and definitely would return

Pros: The resort is huge and beautiful. We loved everything, especially the area with all the restaurants and shops, and the activities. We really enjoyed the wide variety of food and fruit they had. I'm a coffee lover, and I loved the coffee shop (10 out of 10). The staff were very friendly. The spa has amazing massage therapists. We had a butler named Carlos; he was very kind and helpful, and we loved his service. The Asian restaurant was spectacular.

Cons: What I didn't like was that some of the housekeepers were lazy and dirty. For a few days, they would take the dirty towels, fold them, and put them back in the clean towel area; in other words, they weren't changing them. I realized they weren't clean because one of the towels I had used had traces of my makeup from the night before on it. It was very unpleasant, but it was eventually resolved. The rooms need general maintenance. My mother's room had a very damp wall.

Pros: Todo! La comida, el trato del personal, la habitación muy cómoda, confortable, todo muy limpio y en buen estado. Nuestro concierge Carlos Enrique fue muy amable, atento y nos ayudó a gestionar la reservación en los restaurantes. La comida siempre estuvo muy buena y las bebidas 10/10. Siempre hay mucho que hacer, muchas opciones para comer. Es lo que necesitaba para disfrutar y relajarme. Sin dudas quiero volver a visitar el hotel.

Excelente fin de semana

Pros: Absolutamente TODO, excelente servicio, comida muy buena y atenciones 1A se la botaron con el señor José Miguel nuestro concierte asignado excelente.

Cons: Las TV no son smart y hubo un pequeño tema con la TV pero fue resuelta inmediatamente
