Incredible employees

Pros: The employees at Grand Sirenis are exceptional. They really make the experience incredible. They go above and beyond to cater to guests’ needs. Mercedes the housekeeper was very kind and professional. She was ready to help us in every way. Alvaro, Welkins, Raiza at the bar were very kind. Welfrin was kind and accommodating when checking out.

Pros: The stay was great, the food is really good with many options! We recommend the Raw Bar and the Brazilian restaurant The staff was also great, especially Welfrin Thanks again!

Pros: Taxi 40mins from airport, £35. Beautiful hotel and grounds. Lots to do, always something going on. Great room, block 39. Beautiful beach and sea. Pool great. Animation team brilliant, especially Le Bron. Non stop enthusiasm without being too pushy. Loved variety of entertainment available. Read some reviews about poor attitude of staff, it's true but don't let that put you off going. It's a beautiful complex. 👌

Cons: Shocking staff in Buffet hall and some bar staff. Very nonchalant and half assed. Not all of them but too many to not comment on it. Paid over £5k for dream holiday so did annoy me when you have staff that make you feel like a 'nuisance '. Hotel need to seriously sort staff out and send them on a 'social etiquette ' course. Saying that, didn't let it spoil hols. Rest was just perfect 👌

Pros: The staff were friendly and very attentive. Our concierge, Patrick was amazing and very helpful. The food was very good, even my picky kids loved it! The two shows we went to, The Greatest Showman and The Michael Jackson tributes, were very entertaining. The beach was fabulous. The waves were strong so be mindful if you are not a a good swimmer.

Cons: The sofa bed was not comfortable. I would have liked a drying rack in the room for all out wet clothing. The a la carte dinners were a bit slow with the service so be prepared to wait. If you don't want to worry about that the buffets are great and have a huge selection.

Pros: The resort was lovely. The beach is beautiful. The Waterpark is a bit dated and needs a refresher. We had fun but just went onw morning and that was enough. Overall the food and service was great for an all inclusive resort. We also liked that there was a more international feel and we heard lots of different languanges. Overall. a great week for my family!

Cons: The water park was ok but needs a littlw shining up. The pool was great but a lot of it is 6 feet deep in the adult section. Sould have liked some more area betwee. The shallow and deep portions.

Pros: Todo muy lindo y disfrutable. Las instalaciones del hotel tienen todo lo necesario. Muy buen servicio. La playa hermosa. Las piscinas también. Los animadores le ponen toda la energía. Ideal para ir en familia.

Cons: Los juegos para deportes en la playa faltan y algunos están descuidados. También pedimos tener acondicionador para el pelo separado del champú y nos prometieron que nos iban a entregar y nunca lo hicieron.

Pros: Que tenga orilla a la playa y lis shows en la noche, la atención de kyle y woodley
