Worth of visit

Pros: The vibe, infrastructure, the dance shows, food, people doing their best, beach, pools and kids area…

Cons: Our taxi for departure was late. Fortunately we went to other resort but if we would go to the airport we’d be nervous. Otherwise they are very kind. Visited 2 other resorts near Punta Cana and this one is the best and we recommend it.

A wonderful escape spot!

Pros: I loved the staff! They were the highlight of my whole trip…The hotel is modern but could be cleaner. The amenities are good and the food actually surpassed my expectations. It was a wonderful trip.

Cons: The moldy smell in the room, the gift shop workers who were pressuring us to purchase numerous souvenirs.

Pros: Food this resort was amazing, lots of choice and cooked my professionals

Cons: Beach is not the best, water isn’t really clear blue and you also cant walk out far gets deep very fast

Awesome vacation 💃🏻💃🏻

Pros: The facility is great, variety of food choices to choose from.. Sports pool, lounge pool, water splash for kids and another for adults. Quite a number of activities to keep you occupied. The daily night entertainment was a plus, . All shows were exciting, different and breathtaking . I was highly impressed.

Cons: Nothing not to like.

Pros: Well manicured green spaces, the food, friendly staff and an amazing beach

Cons: The flies in the main restaurant and that there was no jacuzzi for everyone to use

This felt like a place I could call home away from home.

Pros: Intimate, yet spacious. Amazing beach, great restaurant selections and the Inclusive Hyatt app used for all services made the trip top notch. Lazy River and water park were top notch. The fish tacos at the food truck were amazing.

Cons: Wish I could have heard from a concierge checking in during the stay. The app creates a division - between one and one communication. Staff needs to learn more English and there needs to be more options ( not pork) on the breakfast buffet in World Cafe. Some food items were too salty and hardly any spicy options on the menu in any of the restaurants. Desserts need to be a little less sweet. Wish the rooms were larger. No jacuzzis for the majority of guests. The bowling should be included ( sadly there is a fee).

Cons: N/A but one small change coffee in the restaurants could be hotter

Cons: To many stray cats on property. Wish other breakfast options were available other than buffet. And tried to sell you as soon as you get there by confusing you to get coupons for the spa

Overall great stay with a few issues that could have been easily avoided unfortunately

Pros: Amazing location and beach, lovely lay out of restaurants and bars made the complex feel like a village

Cons: Cleanliness of room not great unfortunately (2 days not cleaned) guest services/ reception staff could have been better. Here for 20 year wedding anniversary and asked for banner on door, champagne in room and to book a specific time In restaurant none of which happened (not 5* service)

Pros: Local é perfeito, quarto enorme, tudo muito bom! Os restaurantes são deliciosos, destaque pro mexicano e pro italiano! Não dava vontade de ir embora!
