Pros: We are totally pleased and really happy with all the services this lovely resort offers. The food is amazing - fresh and delicious. The games and activities for the children are really engaging. Our kids had so much fun. The water park is excellent, the beach on the ocean has the most lovey scenery. And the infinity pool is the longest pool we’ve ever seen. All the details have been carefully thought through . The staff are the most polite and sweet people ever! Can’t wait to stay here again

Pros: The property is very well preserved and maintained, and the people that are working are amazing! It is the best place for you to just stay back and relax, and there are also plenty of very nice activities and shows to consider for more fun and local-y stay. Don’t forget to ask for the day’s schedule! The food was excellent every day and the options that they offer are more than enough to cover everyone’s taste, preferences and allergies. We will only mention, that the schedule about the food, activities and shows is repeated every 7 days, but there are also plenty of nice activities outside the hotel that you can either book from the reception desk, or through a platform. The cleaning staff is also very good leaving our room every day very clean and tidy, as well as the common areas around the premises of the hotel. They are very hard workers! We recommend this hotel without any hesitation, as it is much better than the photos!

Pros: We stayed at the hotel for 5 days with teenagers and had a great experience overall. The hotel is very pleasant, and the staff is welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious, and the sofa bed was already prepared when we arrived. The pool area is excellent - large and never felt crowded. We always found available lounge chairs and umbrellas when coming in the morning. The water park, including the lazy river and slides, was enjoyable and not crowded at all, with many lifeguards and plenty of seating. There is a kids’ club with activities throughout the day, and some activities for adults. The place has a really good vibe

Cons: One downside is that restaurant reservations are not possible, and even when arriving early, we sometimes had to wait up to an hour and a half. The food in the main dining room and restaurants was average

Pros: Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Beach and pool area is clean and comfortable. There is a lot of space in the rooms. Food is varied, we really liked Umi restaurant.

Cons: Cleaning was a bit weird. We got always just big towels, after a while we ended with 6big towels and zero smaller. Cleaning staff could be a little more attentive. Buffet food was okay but could be more tastier.

Pros: Pool with great sliders. Nice pools. Clean water. Small facility so easy access.

Cons: Need to book table early for dinner (except buffet ).

Pros: Amazing hotel , the pool is huge so it never feels crowded, the food was delicious with great variety

Pros: I liked everything about this hotel, the staff, the service, the food. The staff will do any and everything to make sure you are enjoying your vacation. Big shout out to Hector, Jesus, Andre, Juan and all the team members!

Cons: The Italian restaurant is a complete disaster, stay away!
