Lovely boutique stay in Punta Cana
Pros: The hotel was an excellent blend of being not too big, getting the personal atmosphere, and not too small, allowing good facilities. Excellent stretch of unspoilt beach.

Relaxing, quality Caribbean stay in a beautiful property far away from the hectic daily life.
Pros: The property is as beautiful as on the pictures. The Staff is overly sympathetic and also very attentive and professional - everywhere. Lots of activities in the property throughout the day and into the evening. Classy atmosphere, where the guests enjoy the all-inclusive without abusing. Only very few, calm children. The food is very fresh, good and varied, yet do not expect a Michelin Star (in none of the four restaurants).
Cons: The location is both great (furthest away from the Airport along Punta Cana shore; this makes transfers longer but we enjoyed the peace ! As an European, the mindset is American - and the prices accordingly (e.g. Spa treatments, albeit excellent, are more expensive than in Switzerland !) The weak Internet connection is being renewed and improved - so that should then do.

Pros: The people/staff! They all make you feel at home and welcomed. Loved the fact you didn't have to make dinner reservations! Loved my room! Especially the shower area!!

Pros: Acomodação e estrutura do local são excelentes. Opção de restaurantes, atende a qualquer necessidade. Tudo no local é maravilhoso!!! Equipe especial: Wilca e Elaine (praia); Leidy (Indigo); Carlos (Mexicano); Yani, Eduardo, Marlene e Yorka (Italiano); Amada (concierge); Maria (limpeza quarto). O cuidado com o hospede faz você se sentir especial.

Geeignet für entspannten Kurzurlaub
Pros: Sehr gepflegte Hotelanlage, gute Grösse trotz All-inclusive. Wunderschöne Zimmer mit top modernem Bad und sehr guter Ausstattung. Genügend Liegen am Strand, mit Barservice. Sehr leckeres Essen mit jedoch morgens etwas mehr Wartezeit. Auswahl von verschiedenen Restauranttypen mit vielfältigen Menus. Besonders positiv zu erwähne ist Leidy, die uns jedes Mal den Aufenthalt im Strand-Restaurant versüsst hat.
Cons: Mediterranes Restaurant bei der Reception ist leider durch die Klimaanlage sehr unterkühlt, schade für das leckere Essen! Wir waren mit Alejandro als Ambassador sehr unzufrieden. Einseits konnte er unsere (einfachen) Anliegen nicht erfüllen, andererseits scheint er ein Problem mit Frauen zu haben.

Pros: La atención del personal EXCELENTE! Comida! (Hasta nos fabricaban lo que no tenían para que estuviésemos a gusto) El chef OCTAVIO nos hizo sentir como en casa… Amanda atendió a nuestros pedidos como si fuese para ella … SÚPER AMABLE
Cons: Algunas piedras frente al mar… Pero igual.. se pasa súper bien!

Pros: It’s beautiful beach and spaces, the restaurants and the spa. Manuel is a great Concierge. Eliezer at Front Desk, Daniel at the pool bar, Chamel at a Restaurant and Vianely in the spa were all great!

Sechs Sterne Hotel am Traumstrand
Pros: Das Zoëtry ist ein Traum von einem Hotel, das sogar 6 Sterne verdient. Die zahlreichen Mitarbeiter sind ausgesprochen freundlich, der Strand ist traumhaft schön und die verschiedenen Restaurants sind toll. Eine Tischreservation ist nie notwendig, da es immer genügend freie Tische hat. Die Gerichte sind abwechslungsreich und lecker und die Getränke und Cocktails von sehr guter Qualität. Am Traumstrand gibt es immer genügend freie Liegen und leckere Drinks werden den ganzen Tag mit einem Lächeln serviert. Wenn es dunkel wird, verwandeld sich die Hotelanlage in ein märchenhaftes Lichtermeer. Es ist wirklich alles inklusive, ausser dem Spa und einigen Flaschenweine.
Cons: Leider ist die Beschreibung auf Booking für eine Swim up Junior Suite nicht korrekt. Es gibt kein Whirlpool, Sitzgruppe oder Ventilator, auch keine 3x tägliche Zimmerreinigung (was auch nicht nötig ist). Die Preise für das Spa sind viel zu hoch.

Ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt in einer wunderschönen Hotelanlage. Alles gut überschaubar und sauber! Tolle Poollandscha
Pros: Sehr ruhiges, kleines Hotel, welches sehr viel Privatsphäre bietet.
Cons: Nicht alle Angestellten sind motiviert, teilweise fast schon unfreundlich. Die Mehrheit der Angestellten ist aber top!! Speziell negativ ist uns der Service im Restaurant Indigo aufgefallen: lange Wartezeiten beim Brunch, teilweise nicht die ganze Bestellung erhalten. Die Situation hat sich auch trotz mehrmaliger Reklamation nicht wesentlich verbessert.
