Pros: The staff were friendly, and our spacious room was clean with comfortable beds. We stayed at the VIK Cayena Beach, which felt wonderfully uncrowded. My wife absolutely loved the hotel’s spa, especially the talented manicurist-pedicurist Nadia.

Cons: Access to the beach was far from convenient—we had to navigate steep, awkward paths down and back up. With just a little effort, it could have been made much more user-friendly.

Pros: Before we came here we stayed for 6 days at Dream Flora resort in Punta Cana 5 star hotel, then we moved here for 4 days since the place looked great on pictures they had at Booking.com , plus the price was a lot more affordable.. The food is not as good as at 5 star resort we stayed in before we moved here, and some facilities are little bit more worn down, but other than that this place is awesome. It is very relaxing, you pretty much right on the beach , great view from balcony.. Great friendly staff and very cozy place just to kick back and relax.. My family loved VIK Hotel a lot more than the 5 star hotel we stayed before we came here, it felt like home...

I didn’t want to come home!

Pros: Attentive and friendly staff Just steps away from the ocean Laid back, relaxing vibe. It’s quiet here.

Cons: A hot tub at the pool would have been nice but I’m not complaining. We really enjoyed our stay here, it was just what I was looking for.

Pros: La gentillesse de tout le personnel et particulièrement Luisa. L’endroit est magnifique est très bien situé.

Cons: La propreté de la chambre laisse à désirer, il ne faut pas trop regarder les détails. La connexion internet ne fonctionne pas bien dans les extérieurs dans l’établissement.

Pros: wyjazd 2+2 , hotel VIK jest wewnatrz innego osrodka, mozna kozystac z calej infrastruktury. VIK jest w strefie zamknietej dla innych uczestnikow z pozostalej czesci hotelu. Serwuje prywatny bar, miekkie lezaki, sniadanie,basen i plaze obiad i kolacje z formie buferu i karty. Mozna oczywiscie kozystac z pozostalej czesci bufetowej w osrodku. Ja bylem w niskim sezonie wiec chodzilismy do wszystkich restauracji.

Cons: jedyni minus slaba wydajna klima, jesli otworzysz balkon na 10 min temperatura szybko podskoczy do 28-29 stopni i ponowne schlodzenie pomieszczenia zajmie 2-3h.. rozwiazanie nie otwierac balkonu jesli chce sie zasypiac w 24 stopniach.
