Tropical Deluxe Princess - All Inclusive

Beautiful Resort in Punta Cana!

Pros: The gardens, paths, animals and atmosphere in the resort were stunning and it felt very Caribbean. Staff do an excellent job to keep it well maintained. The beach was nice and not crowded. There was lots of food options, including à la carte restaurants. Entertainment was fun. The reception area and the lobby were beautiful and we were offered welcome drinks.

Cons: Even though the room was nice and spacious, the shower was a bit outdated. Mosquito repellent is highly advisable. We were bitten considerably. All the staff were great except one boy at the reception who seemed annoyed when we went to ask for help twice. He didn't have a badge with his name but was always at the right of the counter in the evenings.

Pros: It's certainly good value for money. Great food choices at the Food Market and speciality restaurants. Staff are courteous and helpful. Facility is in good shape.

Cons: Low staff to patrons ratio in some areas of service.

Pros: Thank you for a wonderful vacation, for the care with which you take care of every tourist and try to make everyone feel good. For cleaning up the algae, for the people who work at the reception, the waiters, the cooks, everyone who cares about cleanliness, for the children's room, for the space you created with love, for the wonderful rooms, it's a pity that there is no elevator, but we managed with the child, thank you for the vacation

Cons: It would be nice to have an elevator, cleaner, and free babysitting for small children.

Excelent valu for money and great family resort.

Pros: Great family resort. Comfortable and clean room, nice pools, great beach, good food selection in buffet restaurant, good service....

Cons: Drink selection at bars could be better, even with Platinum upcharge you cant have good rum for example but only cheap versions. A la carte reataurants could be better.0

We loved our holidays at Princess. We will return for sure

Pros: We had an amazing experience at the hotel. We stayed around 9 days and almost nothing to point it out as negative. Pools are very nice; beach access and distance were amazing; food and drinks very good. Clean and organized. Super recommended

Cons: Only improvements are linked to the weekends, when hotel were busy, so the breakfast and lunch were super crowded, missing sitting spots, silverware, glasses, etc, but if you manage to go early is totally fine

Pros: We totally loved the resort. This is our second time at a Princess resort and we absolutely recommend it. The service was perfect from beginning to end.

Cons: The room smelled of mold and the linen was only changed 1 time in 9 days (due to our request). We are in spite of this satisfied that is why i left a well deserved note of 10, but i'm writing this here so that maybe management can take a note of this.

Great Value for Money. Platinum service really good!

Pros: Great rooms, nice staff, good variety of music according to different pool areas, nice restaurants and beach.

Cons: Coordination between staff should be better. We bought a Platinum package and were told all the benefits and services it included but then the staff in charge of offering those services told us we were not entitled to them so we had to go back and forth to figure everything out.

Awesome location with great friendly staff.

Pros: I like that it’s just the right size so can walk everywhere. The breakfast is nearby and the beach is beautiful. The 3 pools are great as it’s not packed. The WiFi is good too and it’s free! The food is good for a resort and the Brazilian bbq place Fogo is nice,
